umm… because we used all of the lights making fridges ?!

probably because it would get frosted over and not light up very much !?

      …dunno ….

We go into the fridge more than a freezer and sometimes have browse at what we can eat next. We generally don’t gaze into a freezer wondering what tasty thing we can have next. Frosted boxes don’t really look that appetising.

A light could be put in a freezer but it would only make sense if it was self-defrosting because if it wasn’t, the light would frost up, as Craig mentioned.

Money – manufacturers want to save as much money as possible. Even though it wouldn’t really cost that much, they want outgoings to be a low as possible.
