      I wanted a job that was interesting and one that would mentally challenge me. I also liked the fact that most scientists work behind the scenes.

      I had learnt lots about the subject and now wanted to use that knowledge in a practical context. I also wanted to do something that interested me and wasn’t the same thing everyday.
