      I think doing research and also researching new topis in scientific journals and keeping an eye on new developments. Also getting a scientific paper accepted for publiation

      Finding out something new which contributes to the overall knowledge in the subject area you work in. Sharing your knowledge with others in published publications is the ultimate aim.
