Not that I know of. However, I’m sure there are people who have issues with “non-natural” ways of having a baby. Some religions don’t agree with using donor sperm. Other issues some people might have is carrying out research on sperm, eggs and particularly embryos.
I have only met one person who were against what we do. It was a young man who really didn’t like kids (I think he forgot he was once a child too). He had a go at me for helping couples have children in an already over-populated world. He had no plans on ever having his own children so couldn’t really appreciate the huge need/want that some people feel to have children.
With regard to research on the eggs, sperm or embryos, we are very strictly regulated by few authorities so that we do everything legally and by the book.
