      Hey

      Yes if you can stop your muscles getting smaller when you are old you are less likely to fall over and get hurt. This happens to a lot of elderly people and its hard to help them recover. Plus it costs a lot of money to look after them, and as we are all living longer it is going to cost more and more money to look after them.

      If i can help stop this then the NHS can save a lot of money !
