You can keep them healthy by using them and eating healthy food. Exercise at least 3 times a week throughout your life and you’ll be healthier !

Exercise doesn’t have to be going to the gym. It can be anything active – walking, gardening, yoga, swimming, cleaning! Take the stairs instead of the lift or get off the bus one stop earlier. Every little helps!
