Difficult question as there are so many options and different careers that stem from Biology. Think about what interests you most and think about what type of job you’d like to do in the future.
Where would you prefer to work? In a hospital, in a school/college/university, in research, out in the field, in a big commercial company developing medical devices?
Is there a particular job that you’d like to do? A few examples are:
Biology Teacher
Marine Biologist
Microbiologist
Forensic Scientist
Environmental Scientist
Biomedical Scientist
Opthalmologist (eyes)
These are just a few. If you’re not sure what you want to do and want to keep options open, most degrees have a general 1st year and you can switch courses. Also, gaving chemistry GCSE/A-level is VERY useful and required to some level. I didn’t do any chemistry at school so had to do a crash course in 12 weeks to get into university.
I don’t know if this helps at all, but if you want to know more, just let me know.
